Important Notice: No Refunds or Returns on Fireworks

Due to the nature of our products and strict safety regulations, all sales of fireworks and pyrotechnic products are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any fireworks purchases under any circumstances.

Permit Conditions & Legal Requirements

By purchasing fireworks from Tas Crackers, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
  • You hold a valid Tasmanian fireworks permit or will obtain one prior to taking possession of your order
  • All fireworks must be used strictly in accordance with the conditions specified on your permit
  • Fireworks must only be used on the dates, times, and at the location specified in your permit
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable Tasmanian and Australian laws regarding the storage, handling, and use of fireworks

Prohibition on Resale

Fireworks purchased from Tas Crackers must not be on-sold, transferred, or given to any third party.

The resale of fireworks without the appropriate licenses is illegal under Tasmanian law. Any attempt to resell products purchased from us may result in legal action and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled under the following conditions:
  • The order has not yet been delivered or collected
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to max@tascrackers.com.au
Once an order has been delivered or collected, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Products

While we do not accept returns, we are committed to ensuring you receive products in good condition:
Please inspect your order upon receipt or collection
Any damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order
Provide photographic evidence of any damage to max@tascrackers.com.au
Claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion
If a claim is approved, we may offer a replacement product or store credit

Note: We cannot accept claims for products that have been used, ignited, or tampered with.

Permit Denial or Cancellation

Fireworks cannot be collected or delivered without a valid permit. If your fireworks permit application is denied, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

If your permit is cancelled after you have received your order, we will arrange to collect the fireworks and issue a refund for your purchase.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. However, due to the regulated nature of fireworks products and safety considerations, the application of these rights is limited to manufacturing defects identified prior to use.
